Customer Relationship Executive (3-9 Years) – Female Only Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete order lifecycle: Post-PO acknowledgement → Production planning follow-up → QC clearance → Dispatch → Delivery confirmation.

• Daily coordination with the Manufacturing Line, Production Planning, Quality Control, Stores and Dispatch teams to track order status and resolve bottlenecks.

• Proactive communication with customers – sharing order status, expected dispatch dates, drawings approval, payment milestones and resolving queries.

• Maintain accurate MIS, order trackers and dashboards in Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, basic formulas).

• Coordinate with logistics for transporter selection, LR, e-way bill, invoice and on-time delivery.

• Escalate delays and resolve customer complaints with a solution-first mindset.

• Maintain proper documentation of POs, drawings, inspection reports and dispatch records.

Must-Have Skills

• 3-4 years of experience in a Manufacturing company (CRE / Order Management / Inside Sales).

• Strong working knowledge of Excel & Google Sheets.

• Comfortable using modern AI tools – ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot – for drafting mails, summaries and reports.

• Excellent communication in English and Hindi (written + spoken).
