Custom Insulation Hiring for Office Adminstrator/ Bookkeeper at Worcester, MA Full Time

• 5+ years of related experience- Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
• We are seeking a bookkeeper to manage all our finances. Your responsibilities will include tracking our organization’s revenue, expenses, and taxes, as well as producing financial s.
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks (Quickbooks online helpful)
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-starter
• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping duties, including but not limited to:

– Accounts payable and receivable maintenance- Bank and credit card reconciliation- Financial preparation- Account reconciliations- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records- Purchase order and accounts payable processing through check writing.

• Timely follow-up with vendors and customers.
• Banking and general ledger reconciliation.
• Sales invoice preparation and processing.
• Payroll using Harpers Payroll online system
• Cash receipts and deposits.
• Job costing with updates to inventory and pricing records.
• General office duties: filing, scanning, answering phones.
• Customer interaction on the phone and in the office.

Manage Mass Save Program (will be trained)

Create work orders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
