This is a work-from-home position, with local in-person training and team events about once a month. We believe in flexible work arrangements and entrust you with the autonomy to prioritize tasks, tackle challenges, and uphold our high standards of professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive growth and boost lead generation
• Manage and optimize our website on WordPress, ensuring it aligns with current SEO best practices
• Create and manage compelling content across various platforms, reflecting our brand voice and ethos
• Oversee professional photography and videography to enrich our marketing materials
• Manage PPC campaigns
• Spearhead direct mail marketing efforts to reach potential customers
• Conduct regular competitor analysis and stay abreast of industry trends
• Track and analyze marketing metrics to refine strategies and boost performance
• Develop email marketing campaigns and manage customer testimonials/case studies

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on growth and digital strategies
• Proficiency in SEO
• Experience with WordPress and managing social media platforms
• Experience managing PPC campaigns
• Familiarity with direct mail marketing and content creation
• Robust analytical skills, able to interpret data and derive actionable insights
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
