Custom Construction Services Hiring for Concrete Residential Sales Representative at Minneapolis, MN Full Time

Custom Construction Services is a concrete and hardscape company that works throughout the Twin Cities metro. We are an active company that takes full advantage of our Spring through Fall work calendar in order to bring our customers the best in craftsmanship and value for their concrete and hardscape needs. We have been in business for over sixteen years performing work on projects such as driveways, patios, retaining walls, pavers, steps, walkways, and more. We take great pride in our work and are committed to applying our knowledge and expertise to each project.

Currently, we are in search of a concrete/ hardscape sales representative to join our team for the upcoming season. We are looking for smart, hard-working individuals interested in a company that offers the opportunity to grow over the long term, as well as a welcoming, friendly work environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

Providing accurate, detailed, and customized estimates for customers

Helping customers with designs to create unique concrete and hardscape projects

Working with customers throughout the process from initial consultation to collecting final payment

Coordinating with management regarding material orders and scheduling for jobs to ensure efficient workflow

Engaging in an organized system to help maximize sales

Individual, self-motivated sales work ethic including the ability to bring in sales from outside sources
