Custom Cleaning of the Treasure Coast, Inc. is a busy and well established cleaning business offering residential, commercial and construction cleaning. We currently have over 30 professional cleaners working for us. Most of our cleaning accounts are in Martin County and we have a few in St. Lucie County.
We are looking to add a full-time position for someone with office experience & great customer service skills to work alongside our 2 other office/client service personnel. Part of the day would be spent in our office and the other part of day would be spent checking on cleaners and clients. Company car provided.
In the office you would be helping with answering phones. Helping to keep supply room stocked, ordering new supplies when necessary. Greeting & helping cleaners as they come in to drop off and pick up more supplies (usually only once a week for each cleaner). This position would also be backup person/helper to get payroll ready each week and entered into our payroll system. Help to do evaluations on cleaners. Along with sending out motivational & safety messages to cleaners and organizing rewards and fun surprises for them as well. Checking with clients to be sure they are happy, updating notes and getting important messages to cleaners.
Part of the day you would be working with our client services manager, which could include anything such as doing in home cleaning estimates, checking on new and established cleaning jobs, helping with training new cleaners….
Sales Experience is a plus- but not necessary. We can train and we have a program and procedure that helps with sales. We also work together as a team on sales and will have quarterly bonuses based on our total sales for that quarter.
Required Skills: Loads of Integity, GREAT customer service skills, positive attitude, fast learner, team player, self-motivated.

Our work environment includes:
Signing Bonus: $250 after 90 days of continuous employment & $250 after 120 days of continuous employment.
PTO- Starts accruing on Day 1, and you are able to start using it after 90 days of employment.
Additional 8 hours PTO to be used during your birthday month, after 90 days of employment.

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
