Talent Acquisition Advisor
Job Description Summary
Based in either Sydney or Melbourne, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Team Leader and working in close partnership with your respective HR Business partners, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of innovative research, recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines within your portfolio to attract the very best talent across the commercial real estate industry.
You will form trusted relationships with the senior leaders in our Project & Development Services (PDS) and Corporate Services business lines and use your industry knowledge and established networks to attract, source and select the very best talent in the sector. You will own and drive the end-to-end recruiting process, managing candidates and key stakeholder experiences throughout. You will use your industry knowledge to assist with the preparation of business cases, understand growth strategy, negotiating complex offers, and drafting employment agreements for perspective candidates.
You will be our PDS & Corporate Business Talent Sourcing guru, however in addition you may also be required to support the Talent Team and wider business by managing a small portfolio of roles from our Integrated Facility Management (IFM) division, delivering a seamless end to end recruitment experience.

You will also have
Full cycle recruitment experience (agency or internal) including pipelining and sourcing talent within preferably within a service provider model.
Excellent negotiation, influencing and persuasion skills;
High Attention to detail with the ability to churn out a high volume of employment agreements accurately;
Ability to ‘think outside the box’ and use creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
Relevant tertiary qualification in human resources or business.
