What is this role about?

ing into the Head of Organisational Development, the L&D coordinator will provide efficient and effective administrative and process support to the Learning and Organisational Development team and all stakeholders. This role is key in supporting employees with their L&D experience.

Here’s some more information about the role,

• Act as the first point of contact for L&D enquiries by managing the enquiries coming through the P&C inbox and delegate as required.
• Be the systems administrator for the learning management systems (LMS), complete all LMS related activities such as entering all learning sessions and managing registrations.
• Support with the logistics of the delivery of induction and update training course materials
• Work closely with the Risk & Compliance team to manage learning needs for on-boarding and compliance.
• Coordinate logistics for all training such as meeting room bookings, set up, clean up and catering requirements.
• Responsible for the updating of L&D related information on internal website
• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of L&D related invoices and expenses.
• Provide support for L&D programs and projects where required, including the administrative support for project work, such as research and data collection.
• Co-ordinate Learning and OD events.
• Support in training needs analysis
• Conduct post training evaluation to ensure training programs are fit for purpose and insightful.
• Prepare s and provide analysis as well as actionable insights.

What can you bring?

• Experience in a similar role and with an understanding of L&OD and/or HR processes and policies
• Prior experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone and Linkedin Learning
• You will be proficient in using technology (MS Word and Powerpoint) as an enabler to support the delivery of functional outcomes.
• A keen eye for detail with an excellent ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Be a natural self-starter who seeks out opportunity for improvement.
• Prior experience gained within financial services or technology is preferred but not a prerequisite.
