We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team
Working as part of the P&C Operations team, the Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for Cuscal’s Talent Acquisition function. This will include elements such as the development and delivery of the TA strategy, ongoing promotion of Cuscal’s employment brand, facilitating the end-to-end recruitment activities for dedicated client groups, coaching and supporting Hiring Managers, and workforce planning initiatives including building of strong talent pools to address future needs.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Design and deliver the Talent Acquisition strategy and associated activities
- Research and align Cuscal’s recruitment practices with industry best practice to ensure our business is strongly positioned for the future
- Implement innovative solutions to candidate sourcing and attraction
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Cuscal’s EVP
- Oversee and coordinate all internal recruitment practices, policies and procedures and provide expert advice to People Leaders at all levels on the recruitment framework and processes
- Development of talent pools and pipelines for all critical roles
- Use of appropriate social media platforms to attract top talent
- Partner with Hiring Managers, providing coaching and support throughout the recruitment and selection process, including shortlisting, conducting interviews, offer and initial onboarding
- Manage the recruitment budget and expenditure
- Conduct an annual review of supplier agreements and relationships, and negotiate commercial arrangements
- Act as an advocate of Cuscal’s Employment Brand by promoting the brand both internally and externally and partner with hiring managers to ensure candidates
To be successful in the role you will bring:
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in-house
- Strong consulting experience and influencing skills, with the ability to relate to all levels
- Proven experience delivering on creative sourcing strategies
- Experience managing recruitment branding through social media channels
- A positive attitude and ability to manage competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement, confident to make decisions and ability to remain calm under pressure
