Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Demand Planner to join our fast-growing e-commerce company. As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant information to accurately forecast product demand. Your insights and forecasts will play a crucial role in optimizing inventory levels, ensuring product availability, and maximizing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is passionate about data analysis, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Tracking product inventory
• Maintaining knowledge of and understanding of current and future trends
• Generating progress s and presentations
• Identifying forecast changes

Requirements and skills

• 3 years expereience in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., APICS, IBF) are a plus.
• Demand planning experience
• Omnichannel experience (amazon, ecommerce, and retail companies)
• Seasonal sales forecasting experience
• ERP’s
• Working with Chinese factories and their nuances
• Solid understanding of demand forecasting methodologies, statistical modeling, and inventory management principles.
• Inventory management
• Supply chain management
• Proven experience with Netsuite
• Analysis and problem-solving skills such as the ability to question, accurately identify a need, and present an effective solution
• Time management skills

Additional requirements:

• ERP (Netsuite Preferred),
• Data modeling tools like PowerBi, Excel, or similair
• Amazon, Shopify, and EDI to monitor sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,852.00 – $66,058.32 per year
