Job Title: Trainee Legal Administrator
Job Purpose
This role will provide support to the internal HR and Legal function, supporting on administrative tasks but with learning opportunities to advance knowledge within the commercial legal field.
The role will involve handling sensitive data and therefore pre-screening / vetting will be required. Any offer will be subject to these background checks.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all terms and conditions are tracked on internal database and updated as
necessary
Research and keep up to date with the latest legal changes affecting The Curve Group
Gain an understanding of the contracts used within the company and learn how to
draft clauses
Help with legal queries from the team members across the business
Keep the legal inbox organised and ensure team members are aware of any actions
Sending contracts via DocuSign and ensuring all signed terms are saved down in
relevant folders
Keeping the legal folders organised and up to date, archiving any out-of-date
contracts
Work with the Contractor team to ensure all Contactor queries are dealt with in a
timely manner giving guidance to the team on a suitable response
Organise internal and external meetings if required
Support with internal HR admin as and when required which may involve employment
contracts, other HR paperwork, diary management
Any other duties that may be identified from time to time
Knowledge/Experience:
A successful candidate will ideally have a law degree or legal qualification
Excellent organisational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
Strong time management and commitment to getting things done in a timely manner,
often in accordance to strict timelines
Ability to deliver high quality work
Logical thinker with the ability to identify solutions to problems and clearly
communicate them
Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel
Competencies
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Educated to A level (or equivalent) with a law qualification)
