The Opportunity
Office Administrator
The Office Administrator is responsible for organizing and managing support for operations and accounting. The Office Administrator must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and have the ability to multi-task. In order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency, some of the responsibilities of this position include accounting tasks, assist with purchasing, organizing facility employee functions, and other tasks as assigned by Division Controller and BU Manager.

Your Challenge:

Handles Accounts Payable for Ithaca and Louisville labs; voucher invoices for payment, prepare AP batches to process invoices for payment, reconcile purchases by Procard and Zycus to General Ledger.

Initiates the creation of new vendors in AP system.

Prepares Accounts Payable monthly accruals for Ithaca and Louisville.

Maintains spending for Capital Projects and reconcile to General Ledger in coordination with Division Controller

Customer service: handling customer collections, providing support to resolving issues with orders.

Provides backup for invoicing and front office as needed

Assists in organizing employee functions
Your Expertise:

Associates or Bachelors Degree
-
MS office, excellent excel skills
-
Excellent oral, written communication skills
