Inside Sales Rep

The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for working with existing and potential clients to create test programs that best fulfill customer testing needs. Develop accurate quotations for clients and follow-up to be sure that work comes through. Act as a customer liaison and advocate with laboratory staff as necessary, keeping IMR’s frontline approach to customer service uppermost in mind.

This position is located at our IMR test labs.

Your Challenge:

• Provide quotations for incoming work in a timely fashion
• Work with clients to accurately determine requirements.
• Assess IMR resources for meeting customer needs and describe a preliminary summary of the work that will be required.
• Work with appropriate manager, scientist or engineer to develop test plan and price accordingly
• Create quotation and proposal and transmit to client.
• Perform regular follow up on quotes to maximize quote success rate

Your Expertise:

• Three to five (3-5) years of experience selling laboratory services or related products or services.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Excel (expert), Word (advanced), and PowerPoint (intermediate).
• Proficiency or demonstrated ability to learn Matware.
