Our Talent Acquisition team has an opportunity for a highly organised, customer centric and experienced recruiter (or HR practitioner) to join us on a 12–18-month fixed term basis (with the possibility of extension).
You will be part of a close knit and hard-working, collaborative team who enjoy working closely with hiring managers, sharing best practice and industry information working together to guide them through our end-to-end recruitment, selection and appointment process.
Your day to day can include:
Whilst we have a new recruitment model that clearly defines our recruitment process, this is not solely a process orientated role. Instead, it’s a role focussed on part consultation, part compliance, with the ability to provide contemporary best practice advice and guidance on recruitment and selection whilst meeting agreed KPI’s and outcomes so that we deliver a timely service to our customers.
Exposure in an environment that is guided by policies, procedures, and agreement clauses will be viewed favourably.
You will require current work rights in Australia that match the tenure of this role.
