As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Deliver the functional end to end volume recruitment and selection strategy & developing effective relationships with key stakeholders (To “Site Manager” Level typically)
• Responsible for the effective delivery of entire candidate journey including:
• Reviewing and screening candidate applications
• Completing an initial telephone screen with candidates
• Coordinating assessment booking with candidates and assessors
• Verbally offering candidates, recording offer details and triggering onboarding and supporting candidates through pre-employment checks and offer /onboarding processes
• Carry out Market Mapping and develop candidate talent pools where required
• Attend Open days and recruitment talent fairs to engage future talent and promote company brand.

You will need:

• Proven experience of the tools, techniques, and approaches to deliver on high volume recruitment needs
• Experience of providing positive candidate experience
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, providing a consultative service and challenging where appropriate
• An understanding of working within an in-house resourcing function within a complex and dynamic operating environment
• Experience of working in a supply chain/distribution centre environment would be an advantage
