You will be working closely with the Tech and Product Talent team providing support for our ambitious growth plans in these business areas, including hiring for Software Engineers, QA, DevOps, Product Managers and many more!

The ideal candidate will have some experience in recruitment already with sourcing, but most importantly be a willing learner as you shadow existing members of the team to learn more about Talent Acquisition @ Currencycloud… you’ll then progress on to making full end to end hires yourself!

The Detail…

• Work with the Talent Acquisition Partner within the Talent team on Tech and Product Team hires
• Sourcing for a range of positions including Software Engineers, QA, DevOps, Product Managers
• Utilising different sourcing methods including LinkedIn Recruiter
• Screening applied and referred candidates against requirements
• Carry out initial screening calls with candidates to ensure they are aligned with both the role and the Currencycloud values – which we live and breathe!
• Work on Currencycloud candidate experience process and ensure feedback is always given to the candidate
• Develop a diverse pool of candidates who are not only interested in the market we serve but really believe in our mission and subscribe to our values.
• Manage candidates throughout the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, from initial outreach/engagement, arranging interviews, offer and onboarding support

Skills knowledge & Expertise

• 6+ months of recruitment experience, agency or in house
• Knowledge and experience recruiting for professionals like Engineers, QA or DevOps
• Ability to interview and screen candidates successfully against requirements
• Understanding and appreciation of quality candidate experience
• Willingness to learn and pick up new skills in a fast paced environment
• Skilled in sourcing and engagement with candidates utilising a variety of tools such as LinkedIn.
