Role title

Marketing Executive/Coordinator

Core Accountabilities

• Collaborate with our UK-based Marketing Team on the strategy and execution of Marketing initiatives
• Produce the content for email marketing campaigns and collateral
• Manage the company’s social media presence
• Reputation management via review platforms like TrustPilot and Google Review
• Build and send email campaigns using our marketing automations system, and on their performance
• Working with our Business Development team to provide marketing support for key partners, and events if necessary
• Working with our Design and Development teams – UK based – to create engaging, commercially-focused marketing materials (collateral and digital assets)
• Manage Stakeholder relationships and build good working partnership with vendors and affiliate partners
• Measure and provide insight/ on a number of success criteria, (open rates, CTRs, lead stage conversion, pipeline and revenue influence)

Experience & Skills

• 1-2 years marketing experience preferred (also open to graduates)
• Relevant degree and/or marketing certification
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced work environment
• An enthusiastic, creative thinker
• Ability to understand and utilise data to make informed decisions
• Experience of marketing automation software
• Experience managing social media profiles (Facebook and LinkedIn)
• Proven ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise ad hoc requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Extremely self-motivated and flexible with the ability to work both independently and as part of an international team – sharing and using best practices
