Job Description
Curinos is seeking a Digital Marketing Principal to lead a squad of marketers to deliver cutting-edge, self-optimizing customer marketing programs for our Amplero clients.
You will enable the squad to run as an agile high-performance team and enhance agility metrics and process sprints, experiments / user stories, in support of on-time delivery from early channel and data integrations to configuration of marketing experiments, and digital activations.
You will work closely with Curinos data science, engineering, product, and client success teams, as well as client data and marketing teams to enable optimized execution and scalability of digital marketing programs.

Our Amplero solution is an AI-powered platform that banks and credit unions use to deliver highly relevant and personalized marketing experiences to their customers across all owned digital channels (i.e., email, web, app, etc.).
Email and Digital Marketing Implementation
Support client adoption of new use cases
Capture business requirements to inform technical delivery
Support data ingestion and measurement by coordinating with client and Curinos data teams
Lead coordination efforts with client marketing teams and third-party vendors (e.g., managing and deploying dynamic email and digital templates, automation workflows, and closed feedback loops)
Manage creative artifacts tools and processes that enable dynamic experimentation
Configure marketing experiments using channel best-practices
Leverage in-platform analytics tools to understand customer activation and digital campaign performance to identify key insights to help drive growth
Identify and develop processes that improve efficiency
Professional Services
Support project timelines and deliverables for client implementations and expansions of Curinos SaaS data and marketing solutions
Understand clients’ marketing strategies and data thoroughly, prepare criteria and guidance for analysis projects, and leverage internal ing tools
Support client relationships by serving as a subject matter expert on digital marketing platforms, creative, and channel best practices
Provide clients with training and timely support for questions about both our solutions platform and digital marketing channels
Internal stakeholder coordination to meet client needs
Identify issues or opportunities for our clients, develop hypotheses, and engage in solutions brainstorming
Ability to travel as needed for client meetings; can range from 0% to 10% depending on the engagement
