Curant Health is searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its team in Smyrna, GA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Director of HR and/or Business Partners to determine staffing needs.
• Handle recruitment for the GA office and assist Management with other open requisitions.
• Assist with posting positions accurately and within the specified timeframe(s) with proper approval to external resources such as job boards, social networking sites, etc.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
• Coordinate background, drug, and reference checking processes.
• Coordinate with HR Management aspects of the pre-boarding and on-boarding processes.
• Assist with the administration, optimization, and use of the ATS.
• Assist with organizing and attending job fairs, recruitment, and networking events.
• Responsible for data integrity within the ATS and other sourcing systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in human resources management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience required, preferred in medical field.
• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
