Manages talent management activities within a business unit, function, or geographic region. Partners with business and functional leaders to integrate talent management processes and initiatives with business objectives and strategic planning activities. Collaborates with corporate talent management leadership in the design of global business processes and tools.

Manages one or more talent management processes such as leadership development; talent planning, acquisition, development and assessment; performance management; competency and skill management; or employee engagement, on boarding and retention.

Leads the implementation of change management plans for new or changing initiatives ensuring processes, tools and information are available to stakeholders.

Develops and implements metrics to analyze the impact of talent management initiatives, processes and tools on the organization; leads specific initiatives to identify and improve performance excellence.

Partners with corporate, business and functional talent leaders to ensure global processes and frameworks meet the current and future needs of the business.

Coaches managers and line human resources on talent management processes.

Participates on cross-organizational project teams to design, improve and implement effective talent management processes.

Manages the operating plan for specific talent initiatives.

Coaches and mentors direct reports; assigns work according to availability, skills, and developmental needs; assesses performance and provides feedback to direct reports.

Data Analytics – Interprets information relying on knowledge of business or functional frameworks, and leverages analytical problem-solving tools to draw conclusions and communicate meaningful patterns that drive business insights; assesses quality of data as an initial step of the analysis.

Human Resources Consulting – Collaborates with business leaders in applying business and Human Resources functional knowledge to interpret the business environment, identifies and prioritizes current and future problems requiring solutions; structures clear problem statements, breaking down issues into smaller, meaningful and manageable components that when addressed, provide a holistic solution.

Human Resources Business Process Execution – Manages the execution of Human Resources business processes, seeking efficiency, accuracy, positive business performance outcomes and operational agility; integrates activities across processes as needed; assures compliance with process and legal requirements; effectively balances process requirements and business leader needs.

Collaborates – Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.

Experience

Significant level of relevant work experience required.

• Oversight responsibility for the Recruiting activities in Asia Pac, including South Pac and NESEA. Be accountable for recruiting operation delivery in the region.
• Leads AP Talent Acquisition Organization with one direct report.
• Manages key supplier relationships and effectiveness of the KF RPO.
• Coach and develop team members
• Responsible for regional TA continuous improvement, may need to lead critical functional excellence projects individually when necessary.
• Be part of local HRLT members representing TA function.
• Demonstrated ability developing and building strong diverse talent networks and channels.
• Demonstratedability to partner with business leaders, key stakeholders, DE&I team andD&I Talent Acquisition team to develop and execute talent strategy.

• Good influencing skill.
• Role can be located in South Pac or NESEA.
