Line HR Administrator
Description
We are looking for an experienced Line HR Administrator to join our team specializing in Human Resources for our Corporate Business Segment in Daventry.
This is a permanent role working 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday.
Salary is £25,000 – £28,000 depending on experience.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Meeting minute taking
Produces employee communications as required
Supports visual coms on site. Ensuring all notice boards and electronic coms boards are up to date and promoting HR activities
Coordinate Occupational Health diaries when onsite as required
Sign posting employees to relevant department / support functions as necessary e.g., Pension/payroll etc.
Produce reports and present data in line with KPI’s and reporting requirements within the department and wider business
Run new employee inductions
Support in the production of presentations
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
Good administration background
Strong computer skills including PowerPoint and Excel capabilities
Comfortable communicating at all levels
Needs to be proactive within role
Remains confidential due to dealing with private information.
