We are looking for a true leader to play a crucial role on our team. Responsible for the ultimate level of client service, our Director of Client Services must be disciplined, focused, have excellent follow through, and work well with our CFP® practitioners, clients, and team members. This person has top notch Microsoft Office skills, has superior attention to detail, and is a pit bull when it comes to follow through where details rarely slip through their grasp.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

Client Service support, including but not limited to:

• Handles all client cash requests

• Trading as directed

• Daily check the CFNNIGO, in process, completed and follow up lists

• Primary person to answer phones and respond to client requests

• Process address & beneficiary changes; post meeting client service tasks as assigned

• Back up to Client Service Concierge
• Manages book of business level client service follow up:
• IRA/Alt fee’s

• Market drop list
• Monthly excess cash tracking
• Annual tax process
• Annual back door Roth IRA’s for every applicable client in January
• RMD’s
• Quarterly alternative redemptions

• Upload CRS & check log monthly and upload client agendas weekly to CFN
• Manage office orders & supplies

• Daily mail processing & follow up (i.e. Lapse notices, required info, scanning)

• Tracking advisor continuing education and licenses

• Onsite coordinator for interns

• Building/grounds/vendor liaison
• Dedicated technology support liaison for the team
• Company Christmas & personal cards coordinator

Requirements

Experience in investment client service

Series 7, 66 preferred

CFP® designation preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
