Workbase: Remote working with some travel to workbases across Cumbria

We have two exciting opportunities available to join our successful Organisational Development and Workforce Training team, where your work will make a direct and tangible difference to our workforce’s performance, wellbeing and culture.
Our vibrant Organisational Development and Workforce Training Team provides support to the organisaion, teams and staff development through a variety of mediums to support a modern council and also offers a broad range of learning and development solutions to enable staff to carry out their roles safely, competently and confidently.
About the role
These roles will contribute to the organisation’s future world of work vision by planning, coordinating and delivering on key workstreams to support leading through change initiatives, leadership and management development, wellbeing, coaching and cultural shift interventions.
As a corporate function we work with teams across all directorates from highways to social care to determine their learning needs, provide professional advice on learning solutions and deliver high quality learning and OD interventions, using both traditional and technology based methods.
You’ll be working in a supportive, creative and highly productive environment, where you will be able to flourish and gain valuable experience.
We are looking for* two* individuals who have either excellent demonstrateable skills in detailed coordination and planning of workstreams and/or experience in the delivery of learning through the development and faciliation of blended learning solutions
If you have skills in the following, we would love to hear from you:
Do you have an OD/HR/L&D/leadership and management skillset, with some understanding and experience of delivering change programmes?
Do you have sound transferable coordination and planning skills, prefereably working with Organisational Development, L&D/HR professionals?
Have you got experience of providing support for key projects, able to show initiative and make valid suggestions and improvements?
Are you creative, and solution focused with experience of working in a fast paced environment?
Do you have strong communication skills with the ability to appropriately challenge, communicate, coach and support others through complex projects whilst maintaining good relationships?
Do you have strong influencing and facilitation skills with the ability to appropriately challenge, communicate, coach and support others through change?
Do you have excellent organisational skills, being able to manage multiple priorities at different levels?
