Culver’s of Champlin, MN has new owners and we would LOVE to meet you! WE are looking for a highly motivated, self-starting Part-Time Weekend Prep Team Member!

Our weekend Prep Team Member will own and manage the food preparation for our busy Saturday and Sundays! This team member will work in a fast paced environment and will work diligently to ensure that the restaurant is ready to open with all the needed food for the day and week ahead. Motivated, self-starters will LOVE this role.

Work Directly With A Culver’s Owner: We are family-owned and operated! You will work right next to the restaurant owners (us!) and we will invest time and energy in our employees, teaching them important business skills for the future.

Meal Discounts & Paid Breaks: You will receive a discount on meals (Yes, delicious ButterBurgers at a discount!) both when you work and when you visit on days you don’t work!

Uniforms: Free shirt, hat/visor and nametag

Physical Requirements: Stand/Walk Constantly. Lift/carry 10lb to 50lb. Well groomed in accordance to uniform standards as outlined in the handbook.
