Culver Franchising System, LLC Hiring for Marketing Manager – CRM at Prairie du Sac, WI Full Time

Culver Franchising System, LLC is looking for a Marketing Manager – CRM to join the growing Marketing department at Culver’s. This role will be responsible for delivering personalized marketing communications by optimizing and managing digital channels including but not limited to: email, SMS, mobile push notifications and digital coupon management.

Essential Functions Include:

• Serve as a passionate steward, advocate and gatekeeper for Culver’s brand and business.
• Responsible for continuous development and implementation of holistic customer relationship management (CRM) program and associated data management
• Be the Culver’s email marketing expert with an in-depth knowledge of email marketing strategies and execution.

o Build and scale personalized lifecycle email program

o Define and optimize audience segmentation and targeting

o Perform ongoing competitive and industry email marketing reviews

o Manage and support email vendor relationships including Email Service Provider (ESP), local email and personalization software

o Lead email performance ing and analysis, providing recommendations

o Monitor and implement best practices for email including, but not limited to: CAN-SPAM, deliverability, global privacy laws, A/B Testing

• Support design, execution and daily maintenance of the Culver’s loyalty program, including digital coupon management
• Maintain Guest Relationship Management (CRM) tools and future enhancements
• Work closely with Digital Marketing and IT teams to define and launch new communication channels such as SMS and mobile push notifications
• Communicate and engage with internal stakeholders and manage external agencies and vendors
• Two or Four-year college or university degree in Marketing or related field
• 3-5 years CRM and/or email marketing experience
• Experience working with a customer data platform
• Proficient in SQL or HTML preferred
• Strong data analysis and storytelling skills
