Culver Franchising System, LLC is looking for a Construction Purchasing Manager to join their Construction and Design team in Prairie du Sac, WI.

The Construction Purchasing Manager will ensure the delivery of construction-related material for all Culver’s restaurants in a timely, cost-effective manner while maintaining positive relationships with all suppliers, distributors, team members and franchisees.

• excels in building effective relationships with external and internal stakeholders at all levels and has strong negotiation and influencing skills
• has strong problem-solving skills using sound judgement and sensitivity in addressing issues and seeking solutions
• thrives and remains poised and prepared in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
• is organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines, responding with a sense of urgency
• has 6 years broad and encompassing Supply Chain Management experience including procurement in construction, commercial, restaurant or related industry or has a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business or related field or equivalent relevant work experience
• ISM Certification (CPM/CPSM) or other supply chain certification is preferred
• has solid Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook skills with SharePoint proficiency being a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
