The Opportunity – Woking

Roke are a leading technology & engineering company with clients spanning National Security, Defence, Public Sector and Industry areas. We work alongside our customers to solve their complex and unique challenges.

Part of the overall People Team this role forms part of the Recruitment Team which supports all areas of Roke’s recruitment.

The Jnr Talent Acquisition Partner will be meticulous with detail, a confident verbal and written communicator. Understand the basic functions of an Application Tracking System (or CRM) and adequate knowledge of MS Office

The main responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Partner are as follows:

• Talent recruitment and pipelining utilising direct hiring tools (Social media etc)
• Ownership of roles with some stakeholder management
• Maximise project and business area knowledge and exploit internal networks
• Create social media projects extending the search toward passive candidates in these sectors
• Supporting candidate and internal process management from initial engagement though to on boarding
• Updating ATS in real-time maintaining it as the “Source of Truth” for all BI reporting

• Degree preferable however not essential if applicant can provide evidence of recruitment experience (In house or agency)

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Strong administrative skills
• MS Office
• In House / Agency experience
• Proven communication skills with all levels within an organisation
• Proven experience of time management
