SUMMARY

Our client is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join their growing team! The Digital Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with the VP of Marketing to develop strong digital marketing campaigns with clearly defined tactical plans for successful execution.

The ideal candidate will oversee and manage daily marketing activities, implement campaigns, and analyze data to determine campaign efficiency and to shape future marketing strategies.

The deal candidate for this role is creative and innovative, well organized, and must be an excellent writer and communicator.

Candidates must be in or near Bridgewater, New Jersey, to be considered for this on-site opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• digital marketing campaigns including email marketing, social media plans and calendars, content creation and distribution
• for creating and managing high quality strategic content in a variety of formats and distribution via multiple marketing channels.
• charge of creating and executing strategic, high-quality content and materials, including internal communications, e-blasts, website content, landing pages, ad copy, flyers and brochures, and presentations
• detailed ing of metrics to measure all marketing programs and recommends changes to the approach based on performance to drive ROI
• podcast and written thought leadership initiatives using our unique company voice to drive market eminence and differentiate us from the competition
• blogs, articles, and SEO on-page optimization, such as meta descriptions and title tags
• involves working with different departments and people at all levels of the company to execute marketing initiatives

QUALFICATIONS

• years of marketing, communications, and content creation experience
• demonstrate a proven track record of the ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task in a flexible and fast-paced environment to effectively meet deadlines
• of B2B marketing responsibilities and proven work experience executing strong strategic marketing plans and processes, particularly within B2B industry
• copywriting and editing skills
• project management and planning skills with the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously
• work ethic and ability to self-manage, take initiative, be proactive, and be resourceful
• analytical ability to track multiple campaigns and analyze results
• knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot)
