As a .NET Software Developer you will work in a team with other programmers helping to promote good software development practices focused on writing code and developing applications leveraging multiple tools, languages, processes, and technologies. We are looking for motivated individuals who can take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion while we integrate our systems with IT automation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and be able to adapt to changing tasks quickly. Specifically, the responsibilities of this position include:

• Responsible for design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, delivery and support of both Web and Client Server Applications.
• Manage the efficient and effective applications and tools consistent with established specifications and business requirements.
• Collaborate with and takes direction from Technical Lead and subject matter experts in the technical assessment of new designs and development work.
• Supports the Operations team in the Branch to identify opportunities for systemic improvement.
• Provides technical support for user issues; troubleshoots problems and takes corrective action on a timely, effective basis.
• Analyzes and evaluates user requests for system updates.
• Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced changing environment and priorities.

Required Skills

• Hands on experience with C# and web development.
• Knowledge of object oriented design patterns and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to understand others and clearly express thoughts.
• Ability to produce high quality work deliverables with high attention to detail.

Required Experience

• B.S. Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2-5 years’ recent experience in application development with Microsoft .NET, C#, SQL (MS SQL or PL/SQL), JQuery, Javascript, XML, Web Services, LINQ, Entity Framework and MVC.
• Angular experience preferred but not required.

This position is required to be on-site at our HQ in West Chester, PA.
