CT Brooke Logistics Hiring for OTR/Regional Class A Driver **.55CPM** Full Time

C.T. Brooke Logistics is a trucking company in Suffield, CT. We service locations in Georgia, Connecticut , Alabama and Nevada with our own dedicated freight. We haul 53′ Dry Vans, 50% of our loads are drop and hook at any of the above listed locations. There will be broker loads on the back hauls. We are currently looking for CDL class A drivers with at least 3 years of experience. We expect our drivers to stay out for 10-14 days with 2-3 days of home time, but based on your home location we MIGHT be able to get you home for 34 hour resets. Our trucks are 2020 Freightliners they are automatic and all have APUs on them. They are Ryder Maintenance Lease trucks. This means Ryder will repair any problems you have with the tractor either at a shop or on the side of the road. They are very well maintained and very clean. We provide fuel cards, ez pass and pre-pass for all of our drivers. We are offering a hiring bonus of $500 that you will be paid after your first month of work and we pay $2000 after a year of work with us. We offer cash incentives for successful DOT inspections. We pay $25.00 per hour for detention, layover and multi-stop pay as well. Our drivers now are currently averaging 3000+ miles a week. Currently paying .55cpm with clean MVR. Our drivers average $85k a year.
