CST Training LTD Hiring for Customer Service/Admin Support – Remote Working Full Time

Full Time Role for experienced Customer Service Executive

We are on the lookout for an experienced Customer Service/admin Executive to join our fully remote team in the UK at CST Training.

You will be based at home in the UK and work full time, with some weekend hours to also be discussed.

As we grow as a business, we learn. From start up to scale up, our customers have been central to our success and CST Training is now focused on looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive who will further develop the Customer Support service.

You’ll understand the team’s, company’s and industry’s challenges and identify and develop customer support solutions to offer the best experience to those who use CST Trainings service.

You should expect to start the role being operational and covering customer support as well as developing the customer support processes.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and website live chats, progressing through the sales funnel, and securing bookings
• Full customer service experience responsibilities
• Utilising our CRM (HubSpot)
• Collaborating and scheduling with other members of the customer service team
• Constantly developing your knowledge of CST Trainings products to refine you and your teams communications with customers.

About You

As a self-motivated and hard-working individual, you will have a minimum of 2 years solid experience in a previous customer service role, with additional time (1 year minimum) having been spent in a leadership role.

• Exceptional understanding and commitment to, the use of technology with proficiency in relation to the use of a variety of IT systems and programmes to include but not limited to Databases, CRM (eg Hubspot), Excel, Word and Google workspaces.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £20,612.52-£24,007.05 per year
