About the role
We have an opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our highly energetic, capable, and close-knit team.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Team Leader, this fast-paced role will be working with the business to provide an end-to-end recruitment solutions by sourcing the best talent across a variety of roles including Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, IT & Digital. Role accountabilities include:

• End to end recruitment including job briefings, ad writing, advertising, candidate screening, interviews, pre-employment checks, and facilitating offers and onboarding
• Stakeholder engagement to partner closely with the business to attract and recruit best talent through innovative sourcing solutions
• Proactive sourcing through a variety of sourcing channels (LinkedIn Talent Search, Seek Talent Search)
• Support Talent Acquisition team to deliver effective recruitment outcomes and collaborate by sharing knowledge, ideas and key talent
• Providing a high quality candidate experience

About you:

• You will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced recruitment role working with high volume and complex roles (Internal/RPO ideal).
• Professionalism and tact come naturally to you when dealing with various situations that arise in the role
• You’re an independent, adaptable, and highly motivated business partner who loves what you do. You’re able to deliver results on time and wear many hats to juggle multiple priorities at the same time.
• You’re able to influence and work with a wide range of stakeholders. You know how to build trust and credibility and communicate effectively to suit your audience.
• You are computer savvy and have experience with applicant tracking systems (PageUp would be a bonus).
