The Role
We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a successful company that has experienced sustained growth since and is currently experiencing planned escalating growth.

Reporting to the Sales Finance Manager, the purpose of this role is to partner with General Management selling and distribution Teams for the region to ensure financial outcomes in line with the strategic direction of M&I across Bricks, Insulation, Fabrics, Ventilation, Energy and Roofing.
You will be setting standards for excellence and encouraging others to take responsibility. Being hands on, managing EOM reporting, forecasting, budgeting, pricing, discounts, customer credit notes, and other areas of financial management, reporting and control.
Key Accountabilities:

• Proactively manage the pricing strategies within the VIC/TAS region, performing regular analysis on pricing performance and provide recommendations.
• Ensure the creation and distribution of new dealer price lists are in line with the business standards.
• Monitor lost sales reports and take appropriate action.
• Provide insights into purchasing behaviours of dealer network and identify trends.
• Maintain open engagement with key stakeholders including the RGM for M&I, Sales Management team, finance team and other corporate touch points
• Provide a value-added business partnering approach across all product categories Prepare reporting on monthly results, budgets and forecasts for CSR Corporate
• Proactively set targets and put strategic measures in place across the M&I functions
• Prepare P&L and Balance Sheet
• Co-ordinate the annual budget across the sales function, including EAPS/S&OP
• Ensure adherence to compliance to CSR delegated levels of Authority, policies and procedures
• Change management, integration, and alignment of business processes across all product categories in the Masonry and Insulation business.

About You:

• Proactive, energetic, with a positive approach to continuous improvement and better ways of working
• CA or CPA qualified
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant commercial finance experience
• Computer literacy with a sound knowledge of accounting software such as SAP, PowerBI, Analysis for Office and spreadsheet programmes.
• Excellent communication, ability to influence and engage stakeholders
• Manufacturing, building and construction industry experience (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail
• Forward looking, collaborative and solutions focused behavioural style
• Strong ability to analyse and communicate financial information.
