We need the very best people and we need you to help us find them. You will be responsible for finding candidates through LinkedIn and other sources, pre-screening and interviewing. You will play a key role in the recruitment process for UK based roles, will be responsible for end to end recruitment process and is a hands on role.
You will be motivated to find people as much as possible without using recruitment agencies. You must have in-house experience and be someone who is engaging, capable of negotiating and offering fair compensation packages. You will always be on top of the best candidates in the market place and conduct speculative interviews to develop our talent pool.
This role will report to the Talent Acquisition Lead for EMEA and APAC, and will work within a broader global People team.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People and Talent Team. This is an exciting opportunity that would suit someone wanting to extend the foundations of their recruitment experience and wanting to get stuck in with an inclusive and busy People team.
Support across the whole candidate lifecycle, which includes, but is not limited to:
Talent administration:
Organising interviews, including sending out interview confirmation and collecting feedback
Producing the bi-weekly internal recruitment newsletter (Scout)
Updating our HRIS (Workday) and utilising it as an ATS for candidate management
Work with Talent Acquisition Lead with managing the Grassroots scheme application and selection process – Grassroots is our entry level talent programme.
Onboarding of new starters:
Managing the onboarding and management of work experience via the Grassroots Scheme. This includes telephone screening and managing time within the teams
Freelance creative management:
Support the fast turn around hiring in freelance creative help for short term projects. This involves working with recruitment agencies and freelancers directly
Chasing project managers for purchase orders so suppliers and workers are paid quickly by Accounts Payable team
Ad hoc duties such as reviewing / improving job templates & processes, maintaining the high standard of onboarding
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED
Solid administration experience gained within a fast paced environment.
Computer literacy, experience of working with databases and MS office. Intermediate level Excel skills a must.
Super attention to detail with the ability to maintain an excellent level of accuracy and manage a high workload.
“Can do” attitude with ability to work on own initiative and happy to muck in where necessary.
Excellent communication both verbal and written with great interpersonal skills.
Flexible and adaptable to new ways of working.
Highly organised
Experience working with Workday would be advantageous
