Reporting to the Australian TA Lead, a permanent full-time opportunity is available for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join an experienced and collaborative Talent function. Working across our operational sites in Melbourne (CBD, Parkville and Broadmeadows) you will manage the full life-cycle of recruitment across a broad partner group.

The Role

• Translate needs (from talent reviews, business plans and growth strategies) into talent acquisition actions.
• Bring your knowledge of the talent market and recruitment expertise to source great candidates through many channels and manage them through the recruitment lifecycle.
• Be a true partner to the business by consulting and influencing internal clients and provide a high level of service.
• Provide candidates with a great recruitment experience. Promote and manage adherence to Global Talent Acquisition standards, processes and guidelines.
• Facilitate and support CSL’s diversity and inclusion goals.

Your skills and experience

• Internal or Agency full-cycle recruitment experience in multiple recruiting environments with a variety of job disciplines (prior recruitment of technical roles preferred – Engineering, Quality, Science).
• Convey subject matter expertise and link recruitment goals with organisational goals.
• An ability to influence and facilitate a thoughtful recruitment process with both hiring managers and candidates.
• Qualifications in HR, Engineering, Science or in an allied area.
