Because of an internal promotion, an opportunity is available for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join an experienced and collaborative Talent function. Working across our two operational sites in Melbourne (Broadmeadows and Parkville) you will manage the life-cycle of recruitment supporting our operational business (Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing and Supply Chain).

Reporting into the Associate Director, Talent Acquisition your responsibilities in this role include

• Translate needs (from talent reviews, business plans and growth strategies) into talent acquisition actions.
• Bring your knowledge of the talent market and recruitment expertise to source great candidates through many channels and manage them through the recruitment lifecycle.
• Be a true partner to the business by consulting with internal clients and provide a high level of service.
• Provide candidates with a great recruitment experience. Promote and manage adherence to Global Talent Acquisition standards, processes and guidelines.
• Facilitate and support CSL’s diversity and inclusion goals.

We want to speak to people with the following:

• End to end internal or Agency experience in multiple recruiting environments with a variety of job disciplines (prior recruitment of technical roles preferred – Engineering, Quality, Science).
• Experience using a top tier applicant tracking system – experience utilising Workday is desirable.
• High customer focus, ability to work with ambiguity and results orientated.
• Convey expertise and link recruitment goals with organisational goals.
• Influence and facilitate a thoughtful recruitment process with both hiring managers and candidates.
• Tertiary qualifications in HR, Engineering, Science or in an allied area.
