Onboarding Specialist | Remote Role

We are looking a Onboarding Specialist to start immediately with a Insurance company.

NOTE: REMOTE ROLE, all candidates needs be available to work EST Time hours.

• Salary: $25-30.00 per hour
• Duration: Temporary Contract
• Location: Remote (USA based)

JOB SUMMARY:

Primary function is to be a liaison for both People Operations Consultants and Onboarding workflow. This role will partner with POC’s and Onboarding to resolve and coordinate the administrative tasks and logistical details for onboarding new hires and moving candidates through the pre-hire process. The coordinator will also assist the POC team with resolving lower-level Jira tickets and the AskHR mailbox. The coordinator will provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers while identifying and anticipating needs from both departments to maintain business continuity and streamlined workflow. The coordinator will also partner with cross departmental partners including sales team (trainers), talent acquisition (recruiters), benefits (total rewards) and payroll.

JOB REQUIEREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree completed in HR or related field
• 1-2 years experience in HR functions including: Benefits, Payroll, Onboarding, HR compliance, recruiting coordination and others
• Comfortable talking to leadership
• Good written communication skills
