SENIOR MANAGER HR TECHNOLOGY OVERVIEW:

Primary responsibility for managing, coordinating, and administering HR technology systems and processes. As a CSC Senior Manager HR Technology, you’ll be an important part of what works, and your days may include:

• Managing HR technology initiatives including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Benefits to support high performing teams.
• Managing vendor relationships and ensuring appropriate customer support and attention to system needs.
• Directing RFPs.
• Managing all project workstreams. Ensure vendor and team members remain on pace with implementation roadmap. Highlight gaps/concerns to leadership.
• Providing professional expertise and support in the design, development, and implementation of HR technology solutions.
• Developing and implementing a robust, enterprise-wide HR Technology roadmap.
• Developing and implementing robust reporting and dashboarding in partnership with HR process owners.
• Working alongside HR partners on HR Technology processes and needs.
• In partnership with HR leadership, evaluating and evolving HR Technology solutions and processes with the goal of increasing process efficiency, ensuring compliance, and improving outcomes.
• Managing quarterly releases from vendor and communicating with process owners.
• Researching new release information, translating new release/update functionality for process owner, and help process owner determine what new functionality to turn on
• Recruiting, hiring, and managing assigned team
• Delegating duties and assigning/scheduling work to meet deadlines
• Supporting employee development and providing training as needed
• Establishing team and individual employee goals
• Managing employee performance
• Authority to terminate or make a termination recommendation
• Implementing, communicating, and maintaining Company practices, policies, and procedures with team

In this role, you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
• 7-10 years HR Technology experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• UltiPro/UKG experience preferred
