Our Independent Recruiting Agents play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients seeking careers in the artificial intelligence and coding industry. Our Agents provide aptitude assessments as well as career advising in the tech field.

TRAINING:

We provide a complete two-week training program for candidates to become our recruiting and assessment agents. Our independent agents are provided all resources necessary to set their office up in their own home by the Bright Star National Partners Organization. A college degree is not required; we value excellent communication skills and candidates who have an interest in helping others succeed.

COMPENSATION:

The compensation for this position is 100% commission-based. Agent’s potential earnings in the first year are $90,000 – $200,000+. Both part time and full time agents are welcome.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recruitment via Zoom / Teams: Interviewing potential candidates for acceptance into our IT programs.
• Career Advising via Zoom / Teams: Providing one-on-one career advising sessions with potential students to discuss their interests, goals, and skills. Helping them identify suitable career paths within the tech industry based on their qualifications and aspirations.
• Internship & Job Placement: Connecting students with our network of over 400 staffing agencies. Assisting students in finding internships and entry-level positions that align with their career goals.
• Alumni Engagement: Engaging with alumni to track their career progress, gathering success stories, and utilizing their connections to assist current students.
• Data Management: Keeping accurate records of student profiles, career progress, and employer interactions in a database to track outcomes and improve future services.
