Crystal Creek Assisted Living & Memory Care has open Resident Care Assistant positions. We are looking for experienced RCA’s to work 12 hour shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities
- Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
- Collaborate with residents and families for best care opportunities
- Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment
Qualifications:
- Must have experience working in a senior living community
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Dependable and trustworthy with excellent time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to pass a background check.
