We are currently seeking a finance assistant to join our team in London to assist in the day to day tasks of our international finance team.

• Daily entry of cash receipts

• Daily reconciliations of orders and invoices

• Daily recording of sales invoices

• Weekly and monthly reconciliation of debtors

• Weekly bank reconciliations

• Monthly bad debt provision calculation

• Credit control for the Events team, including liaising with the Events team to chase outstanding debt

• Other data entry including posting journals

Essential Criteria
About You:
You would be a graduate in a Finance or Accounting related degree and be studying or open to studying AAT or ACCA qualifications. Ideally you would have experience in some capacity working in a finance or accounts department providing administration and data entry services. Awareness of finance systems is an advantage, especially Great Plains.
Your impact
The role has an impact on month end reporting, and will help to achieve more efficient practices, with a view to meet more timely month end deadlines, and achieve strong cash collection for the Events team.
