Croyle-Nielsen Therapeutic Associates, Inc Hiring for Residential House Manager Full Time

Croyle-Nielsen Therapeutic Associates, Inc. is searching for a self-motivated and positive team member to join our Residential Services department as a full-time House Manager for our Residential group homes.

WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A HOUSE MANAGER
Our primary goal is to help our individuals who have been diagnosed with intellectual disabilities, mental health conditions, as well as possible medical care needs or physical disabilities to live their best life. As a House Manager you must be committed to the happiness and well-being of the individuals we support while providing quality supervisory guidance to our staff.

As a House Manager you can expect to:

• Fulfill all duties as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) which include assisting our individuals with personal care tasks (bathing, exercising, grooming, etc.) as well as everyday life functions (meal preparation, budgeting funds, grocery shopping, attending doctor appointments, medication management, house cleaning, etc.).
• Providing transportation to our individuals’ various appointments and activities.
• Serve as the positive and supportive link between the administrative offices and the residential staff while addressing frontline issues that may arise.
• Ensure daily operations of the residential houses are being followed appropriately and the condition of all property is always in full repair.
• Handle on-call duties swiftly and accurately.
• Provide continued hands-on oversight of residential staff, ensuring their continued adherence to quality expectations, safety standards and job responsibilities.

Ideal candidates are compassionate, patient, motivated, detail-oriented and can handle multiple priorities at once. Applicants should have a genuine desire to help others achieve their goals and provide support in their everyday life while having a strong ability to focus on solutions. We offer paid training classes for new employees and ongoing training throughout employment.

Requirements to be a House Manager include:

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and successfully complete a driving history record check
• Successfully complete a pre-employment physical and drug screen and criminal background check
• Previous experience as a DSP with a strong desire to lead. A minimum of three years’ experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities is strongly preferred.
