As part of a service expansion, are now recruiting for Education Health & Care Plan Co-ordinators to work within our busy growing team, supporting the SEN division with the delivery of high-quality assessments and statutory EHC plans for children and young people.
Candidates should have experience of working as a SEN case officer/co-ordinator or have an understanding of SEND good practice and legislation.
In addition to your experience, you will have the drive and passion to deliver positive outcomes for our children and young people in Croydon.
To be successful in this role, you will be self-motivated a clear communicator, and have the ability to build strong relationships with our families, education providers, early years settings and other external partners and stakeholders.
