Accounting Manager assist the Regional Director of Finance and oversee daily accounting operations. Must have hotel accounting background.

• Oversee daily accounting operations.
• Perform bank reconciliation and month-end reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare monthly trial balance and financial reports, including P&L accounts, balance sheets and cash flow statements.
• Review and analyze all accounts before issuing final monthly financial statement for California hotels.
• Prepare various monthly reports as required by the management.
• Assist the Regional Director of Finance in checking and validating whether purchase requisitions fall under capital expenditure or expense budgets.
• Oversee the handling of Accounts Receivable duties including billing, collection of payments, and running accounts receivable aging reports at month end.
• Oversee the handling of Accounts payables duties including invoices payments, and running accounts payables aging reports at month end and reconciliation of vendor statements.
• Prepares and sends out Daily Operating Reports to Managers.
• Oversee the processing of bi-weekly payroll.
• Assists employees, vendors, clients, or customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services.
• Supervise accounting clerks and daily accounting operations including but not limited to, income audits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 – $35.00 per hour
