Accounting Clerk / Receptionist

A growing and expanding manufacturing firm with locations in Woodbury and Thomaston, Ga. is seeking an Accounting Clerk / Receptionist to join their team! This is a LONG TERM, PERMANENT position mainly working out of the Woodbury facility! In this role you will be performing general receptionist, accounting data entry and clerical duties.

Job Duties Include:

• Greet all visitors, answer and route incoming telephone calls and refer calls accordingly
• Perform accounts payable duties such as posting, verifying and recording invoices and processing payments using SAP
• Interact appropriately with internal/external customers
• Prepares letters/documents distribution, and/or mailing
• Enters data into established databases, Excel spreadsheets or forms
• Data entry and general maintenance using SAP
• Opens, sorts, and places mail into designated locations and prepares mail-outs
• Files and retrieves documents by sorting and storing documents alphabetically, numerically or chronologically.
• Complete general office needs such as ordering supplies, scanning, and organizing file
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements for Accounting Clerk / Receptionist:

· Associates Degree or minimum of 3 years Related Experience

· Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills

· Basic Mathematical Skills

· Working Knowledge of SAP or related accounting software

· Microsoft Office Proficiency

· Critical Thinker/ Problem Solver

· Knowledge and ability to utilize good listening skills and comprehend verbal instructions

· Ability to organize and prioritize work assignments

· Ability to multi-task

· Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and background check

· Physical requirements: required to sit, stand; regularly required to walk, reach with hands and arms and to use hands and fingers to complete tasks.

Accounting Clerk / Receptionist Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
