Crown Staffing Hiring for Healthcare Business Development Manager Full Time

Crown Staffing is searching for a Healthcare Business Development Manager in Springdale, Ohio. The Healthcare Business Development Manager is responsible for developing new healthcare accounts and servicing existing accounts in the Representative’s assigned territory. They are also responsible for promoting and selling Crown’s staffing services via contact with potential healthcare clients and by visiting their place of business.

About the Role

• Aggressively seek out new healthcare business through cold-calling, networking, and following up on referrals; calling and e-mailing potential clients in order to set up face-to-face appointments to meet at the client’s place of business.
• Conduct healthcare sales presentations
• Execute proposals
• Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and all other inquiries
• Maintain healthcare client paperwork
• Properly qualify healthcare prospects/clients
• Regularly attend internal and external sales meetings
• Support marketing efforts of company/region (i.e. specific campaigns)
• Conduct needs analysis of healthcare prospects and existing healthcare clients
• Follow up on qualified healthcare sales leads
• Properly assess safety at healthcare client/prospect site by performing walkthroughs and reviews of OSHA logs
• Meet and exceed all healthcare sales objectives as predetermined by the general manager
• Develop and cultivate network relationships with local businesses
• Identify healthcare clients’ staffing personnel needs and communicate client needs to the office staff
• Create and deliver a strategic healthcare sales plan, and maintain healthcare sales contact records and s, including CRM management
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 1-3 years of healthcare sales experience in a competitive sales environment
• Must be sales oriented, sales-driven, and possess strong negotiation skills
• Previous experience in the recruiting/staffing industry is preferred
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
• Telephone, customer services, and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated success in obtaining and maintaining accounts
• Experience with CRM Management/Salesforce a plus
