An individual will NOT need prior experience in construction or recruiting to be considered.

As a recruiter, your job would be to help Commercial Construction Companies find employees to help impact their bottom line. Crown Recruiting has a database and social media accounts to help you source that top talent. It is very challenging as these people are not easy to find, but extremely rewarding to help companies and individuals! You will receive one on one training to become an expert in our field!
