Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Assistant Management Accountant will support the team in achieving financial stability within the Hotel Operations. This role provides control, direction, support and guidance to the hotel management and operations team on the maintenance and achievement of their annual budgets and forecasts. This role also includes producing financial reports and reconciliations and review of finance policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

This full-time role is offered on a permanent basis.

• Minimum of 2-4 years Finance/Accounting experience in a similar role
• Tertiary qualification in Business/Commerce or equivalent degree
• Member of a professional accounting body (CPA, CA) or in the process of attaining qualification
• Strong numerical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects, priorities and resources to deliver business outcomes
• Experience with Microsoft OS, particularly Excel

• Previous experience within the hospitality industry
• Demonstrated experience with PeopleSoft

You must be fully vaccinated (with two doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine) or have a genuine medical exemption to be eligible to work on site at Crown as of 2022.
