Crown Packaging Hiring for Production Worker (FT) at Richmond, BC Full Time

The Benefits:
Competitive wages starting at $22.46 per hour.

Increases every 6 months for the first 24 months, with additional annual increases:

After 6 months wage increase to +$25.67 per hour.

After 12 months wage increase to +$28.82 per hour.

After 18 months wage increase to +$30.49 per hour.

After 24 months wage increase to +$32.09 per hour.

Afternoon and graveyard shift differentials.

The Job Duties:
Safely, and skillfully performing a wide range of responsibilities supporting the manufacturing of corrugated boxes and sheets.

Tending to corrugated box and sheet making equipment while focusing on safety, quality, and production requirements.

The Fit (Experience):
Work in a fast paced, energized environment an asset.

A background in a manufacturing environment, skilled trade, general laborer or in a fast-paced industry.

Demonstrates mechanical aptitude.

An organized problem solver, able to prioritize.

Adaptable, punctual, and detail oriented.

The Schedule:
Shift Rotation (Morning, Afternoon, & Graveyard).
