Talent Acquisition Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Group GM Talent Acquisition, the purpose of the role is to develop, implement and manage the Talent Acquisition marketing strategy to promote Crown Resorts employment brand and EVP. You will transform the traditional approaches to proactive, innovative go to market strategies that directly attract and retain top talent in the market. The role will develop consistent recruitment marketing frameworks across Crown’s three properties, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney.

Key Accountabilities:

• Design recruitment marketing strategies aligned to Crown Resorts talent segments for Resorts, Gaming and Corporate functions across the three properties.
• Collaborate on the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the CRM technology framework
• Custodian of TA Marketing assets and development of consistent template frameworks and content.
• Custodian of LinkedIn Careers Page and social channels
• Project Manage the EVP strategy and Employment Brand reset
• Manage day to day relationships with vendors i.e. LinkedIn, Seek, Indeed etc.
• Educate and guide both TA and stakeholders on best practice recruitment delivery aligned to Crown Resorts

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous Marketing experience within a large complex organisation
• Experience storytelling, writing, creating and curating content from scratch
• Previous exposure to organising campaigns, programs, and events from strategy to execution
• Expert knowledge of social channels, job boards and curious about alternative sourcing techniques
• Ability to create and manage mobile-first websites, and leverage Google Analytics
• Experience building CRM technology to develop a pipeline / database of leads who engage in your marketing content
