12-Month Fixed Term Opportunity

Crown Resorts is currently looking for an experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition Manager to join us on a 12-month Fixed Term parental leave contract. This role will report to the General Manager – Talent Acquisition and will directly lead a team of eight.

Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:

• Lead and coach the team to be high performers and to successfully deliver recruitment services to the business
• Manage performance via key metrics utilising reporting and data
• Ensure process execution and compliance is being adhered to at all times
• Stakeholder engagement, both internal and external
• Sharing research, insights and market intelligence to the team and key stakeholders
• A strong focus on the user experience
• Managing process change and transformational activity
• Engaging with workforce planning and key stakeholders on current and future workforce needs
• Advocate for Crown Resorts as an employer of choice

To be successful, you will need:

• People Management: leading, coaching and managing performance
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills both verbal and written, the ability to present solutions across complex situations
• Experience managing multiple projects and working with various teams to deliver effective outcomes
• Ability to work across complex process, policy and systems to achieve an exceptional experience and outcome
• Results and outcome driven
• Strong change management and transformation experience
• Strong understanding of the recruitment end to end cycle
